1. Company details

Maisonelle SRL, VAT/registration code 52975903, Trade Register no. J2025090976004, EUID ROONRC.J2025090976004, registered office: Jud. Iași, Municipiul Iași, Strada Fântânilor, Nr. 43, Bl. B14, Ap. B39. Contact: info@maisonelle.net.

2. Nature of the platform

Maisonelle provides concierge and lifestyle coordination services, as well as operational support for hosts, properties, companies and residential developments.

Maisonelle is not a marketplace and does not act as a package organizer. Where a request involves a service delivered by an external partner, that partner delivers and invoices the service directly under its own terms; Maisonelle's role is limited to recommendation, coordination, and — where applicable — earning a commission for that coordination. Any combination of distinct external services offered at a single global price falls outside Maisonelle's current scope of direct sale.

3. Requests and confirmations

Any request submitted through the website, app, or email is a request, not a confirmed booking. A request becomes binding only after written confirmation from Maisonelle (or, where the service is delivered by a partner, from that partner) including details and applicable pricing.

4. Pricing and payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, integrated via our booking platform. Payment terms are stated in the offer or confirmation sent before the service is delivered.

5. Cancellations and changes

Cancellations and changes must be communicated in writing as early as possible. Services booked through Maisonelle directly follow the cancellation terms stated in the confirmation. Services delivered by partners may be subject to that partner's own cancellation policy, communicated before confirmation.

6. Liability

Maisonelle is responsible for coordinating the services ordered, within the limits of applicable law. Maisonelle is not liable for the acts, omissions, or non-performance of external partners delivering their own services, nor for events outside its reasonable control (force majeure). Where a partner fails to perform, Maisonelle will act in good faith to identify an alternative solution but does not guarantee one.

7. Guest data and communications

Where Maisonelle processes guest or client data for coordination and communication purposes, this is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The Maisonelle name, visual identity, copy, and materials published on this website are protected and may not be reproduced without written consent.

9. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 or older. By submitting a request, you confirm you meet this requirement.

10. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Iași, without prejudice to consumers' right to use alternative dispute resolution through ANPC (reclamatiisal.anpc.ro) or the European ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

11. Changes to these terms

Maisonelle may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
